There is so much change in my life at the moment, both inner and outer. I canā€™t even put a name to what I am feeling. Next week will be busy, not with pleasant things, but things that that are necessary. Here are just a few pics Iā€™ve taken recently in no particular order. Question, is that a frog or a toad?

So I thought Iā€™d harvest quite a few in an attempt to avoid millions of amaranth plants appearing next year. The seeds are quite amazing. Unfortunately the black fly got them and I ended up harvesting some of them to dry so as to plant this year. This time though Iā€™m going to grow them as a cover crop. Iā€™d noticed that a lot of them had been nibbled by weevils so I popped them in the freezer for a couple of weeks. Then when defrosted I sorted them through and picked the best ones to sow. . . . #fieldbeans #allotmentlifešŸŒ± #sowingseeds

There used to be a time when you could pop a jar in a sink of soapy hot water and five minutes later the label falls off with no residue whatsoever. I can just about get the label off, but the glue underneath is a nightmare. Iā€™ve tried everything! Anyone had the same problem and if so have you managed to get the glue off?
