FG4ALL Food growing course 2027

Seed sowing March 2022

Have you ever said? “Anything I grow always dies or gets eaten by pests!”

If YES! then this is the course for you.

Course 2027

As you may know, growing your own food has many benefits, from eating nutrient dense food with no harmful chemicals, to better mental well-being while physically exercising and reducing stress and anxiety.  Even growing things on a kitchen windowsill has been proved to give health benefits.

This will be my third year of running this course from February to June and I’m looking forward to guiding and growing with you through the busy seed sowing months

The five monthly sessions will show all the basics you will need to start growing your own food and to begin reducing your shopping bills.

On the course I will supply the pots, compost, seeds and handouts to start you off on your food growing journey. Each month we will have practical, hands on lessons on all aspects of many different types of vegetables for you to grow.

At the end of each session there will be tea, coffee and biscuits supplied and an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about food gardening.
